One Project Team for Multiple Tasks with Diverse Skillsets
No need to have multiple subcontractors to bump into each other to carry out the works they have been assigned. This causes a chaotic situation on board, let alone evaluating the different invoices and payments.
We simplify the process by executing all the tasks on board under the supervision of one Project Team. As the ship-owner or ship manager you are in contact with one team, you receive one service report, one invoice and you pay one contractor.
Tasks/jobs are scheduled on the basis of priority and repair sequence, compressed in a plan of work that is put together based on the window of operation provided by the client. In many cases we are able to complete the works within this period of time so that the vessel can continue its journey without any delay.

Recent Projects
Fabrication of Pipe Sections
Steel pipe sections are being fabricated in the work shop to be installed on board of the vessel while in port. While these works were being conducted, another team was cropping the old pipes on board.
Diesel Engine Repair
After ordering and receiving the parts, our qualified mechanics continued the repair of this diesel engine, fully tested it and commissioned the engine in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Accumulator Replacement
The bladder in the old hydro-pneumatic accumulator gave up, so our team removed the old unit and installed a new one, charged it with nitrogen and put the system back in production, so the vessel could depart the port in time.

Curaçao is the Ship Repair Oasis of the Caribbean for more than 75-years. We have a group of skilled and experienced workers ready to assist whenever this is required. The well-trained workforce consists of qualified mechanics, class-certified welders, authorized service engineers for different equipment brands and life-saving appliances. Not planned to enter the port, not a problem. We will board your vessel by launch boat.

With charter rates at the level they are, going off-hire for repairs is not a preferred option. In most cases, we can carry out the works during in-port operations.

In this case you can drop components needing repair or maintenance. We plan and carry out the works cost-efficiently, during regular working hours on weekdays and have all ready for pickup during your next port of call.

Not a problem. We can carry out most tests necessary to have your equipment and machinery certified per class recommendations.
